I’m Austin, and I lead my life with curiosity, compassion, and sincerity. So often, I ask myself, how can we construct an enterprising business that drives innovation with nuanced thinking and authentically embraces the culture while building a sustainable economy that nourishes the organization and the community it’s made for? I hope to use my background in brand strategy and foresight to help the companies of today and tomorrow reimagine what’s possible and unlock their purpose potential.

My goal is to support individuals and organizations looking to not just rupture but then repair and redefine the systems that have negatively affected marginalized communities.
